Came here for 5 night stay, had a lovely experience. Our room was well-appointed and comfortable quiet even though it had crappy views. The staff were best and efficient the whole time.

The hotel was luxury and modern with absolutely perfect location short walk to Trafalgar Square, tube stations, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets, great bars/pubs and restaurants, and London Eye, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square. All the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was light with a bowl of cereal and hams, for example, and the coffee bar was a plus. The service here was excellent. I found free coffee in the reception area. I had a very very good time.

The rooms are high-class with a kitchenette and our experience is good. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge are a nice touch. Plus, the location is magnificent and lovely, minutes from a huge observation wheel. Would stay here again if we go to London.

Really good facilities and light breakfast with a relaxing tea and hams and a bowl of cereal, reasonably priced. Perfect location very close to the tube station, not too far from an art museum. Also - close enough to theatres, galleries, and sights on both sides of the river as well as many attractions.

The place was fairly clean with the best and efficient staff. Excellent and fantastic location near Benjamin Franklin House. And just 5 min walking to city centre. Totally very nice stay out of service for most of the stay.

The apartment we stayed in had all the necessary amenities, it was conveniently located near public transportation, the coffee bar was excellent, and the prices were reasonable.
